Read the Story 📖
Once upon a time, in a beautiful green forest 🌳🌿, there lived a little squirrel named Chittu. 🐿️One bright morning ☀️, Chittu opened her window and looked outside. She was very excited because she was going on a picnic with her little friends — Kiki the bird 🐦 and Pattu the frog 🐸.
Chittu packed an apple 🍎, some corn 🌽, peanuts 🥜, and tasty biscuits 🍪 into her picnic basket. 🧺Soon, Kiki flew over to meet her. 🐦💨 Then Pattu came hopping along. 🐸The three friends were ready for their adventure! 🎒✨ They happily set off for a lovely picnic spot in the forest. 🌳🌼
After a little walk, they found a soft green grassy spot under a big tree. 🌳✨“This is the perfect place!” Chittu thought happily. 😊
The friends started getting ready for their picnic. 🧺🍎 But suddenly… 💧
Plop! 💦 A tiny raindrop landed right on Chittu’s nose! 🐿️💧Chittu looked up. Dark clouds were gathering quickly in the sky. ☁️🌧️And then… 🌧️🌧️🌧️ the rain began to pour! The three friends quickly grabbed their food basket 🧺 and ran under the big tree. 🌳
But the rain kept falling through the leaves. 💦🍃 Oh no! Some of Chittu’s biscuits became wet. 🍪💧Chittu felt very sad. 😔 Her picnic wasn’t going the way she had planned. Then suddenly, Chittu had an idea! 💡✨“We can use these big leaves as umbrellas!” 🍃☂️ she thought.
The three friends picked up some large leaves 🍃 and tried to walk with them. But whoosh! 💨 The strong wind blew the leaves right out of their paws! 🍃🍃🍃The flying leaves looked so funny that… 😂All three friends burst into laughter! 😄🐿️🐦🐸
As Chittu looked around, she noticed something nearby. 👀It was a large hollow in an old tree. 🌳🪵Chittu carefully peeked inside. It was warm, dry, and safe from the rain! 🏡✨Chittu’s face lit up with happiness. 😊💡“If we can’t have our picnic outside, we can have our picnic right here!” 🧺🌸
The three friends happily went inside and began turning the tree hollow into a cozy picnic spot. 🏡🌿
Chittu spread out a big leaf. 🍃 Kiki brought some pretty flowers. 🌼 And Pattu collected little twigs. 🪵In just a few minutes, the old tree hollow became a beautiful rainy-day picnic spot! ✨🌧️🌸Then the friends sat together and shared their food. 🍎🌽🥜🍪They happily enjoyed their picnic while listening to the gentle sound of the rain outside. 🌧️😊
After eating, Chittu had another fun idea! 💡She made little boats from big green leaves. 🍃⛵The friends placed their leaf boats in the rainwater and watched them float. 🌧️⛵💦“Look! It’s moving!” Pattu shouted happily. 🐸😄
Soon, the rain slowly began to stop. 🌧️➡️☀️The clouds moved away, and warm sunlight began shining through the sky. ☀️✨The three friends stepped outside and looked up.A beautiful rainbow appeared across the sky! 🌈😍Chittu smiled. 🐿️💛
Their picnic had not gone the way they had planned… but they had enjoyed an even more beautiful day together. 🌈🌸
Sometimes, things may not happen the way we planned. 🌧️But when we look for a new way, we can still turn the day into something wonderful. 💡😊✨🌟
